Types of Cleanings
Offering Regular/Deep Cleanings
Keep in mind a regular cleaning is a basic cleaning for upkeep, Deep Cleaning is a very detailed cleaning.
Regular Cleaning
Starting at $40.00 an hour + additional fees (if applicable)
Regular Cleanings include, but are not limited to,
- Vaccuum all carpet within the home
- Dust all surfaces in the home,
- Sweep and Mop Floors within the home,
- Clean Bathroom(s) wiping down all counter tops, sink(s) thoroughly cleaning toilet bowl(s), Clean Shower walls, Mirrors, floors.
- Clean Kitchen, wiping down all surfaces, appliances, clean floors, load dishwasher (handwash dishes),
- $25.00 additional fee for additional services
- Refrigerator
- Stove/Oven
- Windows (Up to 10)
- Laundry (2 loads)
Deep Cleaning/ Move In/Move Out
Starting at $80.00 an hour
Deep Cleanings include but are not limited to,
- Vaccuum/Mop of all floors in the home
- Clean all baseboards.,
- Clean all surfaces in the home, including ceiling fans and light fixtures,
- Clean bathroom(s) in the home, wiping down all walls, countertops, door frames, sinks, cleaning toilet bowls (inside and around the area), cleaning mirror(s),
- · Clean kitchen, wiping down all countertops, appliances, stove/oven, microwave, cabinets, refrigerator (inside and out of appliances and cabinets).
Pricing
Regular Cleaning
Regular Cleanings start at $40.00 an hour.
Additional Servies are available if requested (this is an additional cost that will be added to the regular pricing).
Deep Cleanings/Move In/Move Out
Deep Cleanings start at $80.00 an hour (Depending on exactly what needs to be done and the condition of the property).
Pet Fee's
$ 25.00 Pet Fee up to 2 pets
$ 50.00 Pet Fee if more than 2 pets
All Cleanings are Guaranteed and Cleaning Supplies are included in pricing, $25.00 Cancelation Fee will be charged if not canceled within 24 hours!
